Add Power of Attorney

Discover how you can add and manage all your Power of Attorney documents on the platform.

Simply put, a Power of Attorney (PoA) acts as a letter which gives our agents authority to act as an attorney and represent you, the customer, in front of the relevant Patent Office when renewing a case.

With every PoA provided, we require a signed and scanned copy. This copy is then uploaded onto the relevant client platform, available for reference if need be.

For countries such as Poland and Vietnam, we also require physical copies. Our physical address details will be sent to you if this is required.

To find where the PoA's are located on your platform, follow the steps below.

  1. Log into your platform
  2. Scroll down to and select the ‘Settings’ tab in the left hand column.
  3. Locate and select the heading called 'Power of Attorney'.
  4. The PoA and their relevant countries will come up, and the copy is available for you to sign and re-upload.
