Changing the admin on my platform

Find out how to change the admin on your PatentRenewal.com platform

The primary administrator is also the account owner. This user role is the only one which can access or update billing information, upgrade or downgrade privileges for each user, submit account name change requests, and more. While each account can have multiple users in an admin user group, there can only be one primary account administrator.
