What is the Annual payment plan?

Discover what PatentRenewal.com’s annual subscription plan entails

If you have a patent portfolio of minimum 30 renewals, we offer an Annual subscription plan to further lower your patent renewal costs by giving you a 10% discount on our service fee.

When opting for the annual subscription plan you will be invoiced for the service fee of your contractually agreed renewals in one transaction for the next 12 months. This is the most efficient way for you to settle all fees for our services in one go.

The Subscription invoice (SINV) will be issued and sent to you at the end of your onboarding process.

By choosing the Annual plan, the service fee and renewal cost invoice (Deposit Request) will be completely separate, resulting in an even clearer overview of your overall renewal costs.

- In case you have used more renewals than contractually agreed upon, we will issue a new SINV to cover the service fee for the missing renewals. On the other hand, if there are any renewals left after 12 months, we will simply carry these over to the next year and invoice you for the next batch of renewals once you have used up all of the paid renewals.

- You can expect a new SINV one month before you have less than 15-20% renewals left. We have created this flow to lower the risk of renewals running out and to always send the invoices in good time.

- The renewals you have paid for are refundable, so if for some reason a big part of your portfolio is abandoned or the payment model changed, we are always able to issue a refund.
