Christina is the first point of contact in any pressing situation that may arise, that being in the role of customer success and operational communications. With a talent for problem solving and a business ‘people person’, Christina ensures that IP partners are satisfied with our system and communicates any potential changes within’s structure with our customers. Her role ensures that our IP partners are happy with our product, analyses feedback and customer needs and uses this information to better relate to and understand our IP partners’ visions.
