What is your standard onboarding process?

We strive to make the onboarding and transitioning from your previous IP renewal provider as smooth as possible. All we need from you is to give us your availability to attend the onboarding meeting(s) and we will take care of everything else!

Our standard onboarding process has 2 steps:

1) After the Service and License agreement has been signed one of our Customer Support team members will organize a short introductory meeting with you. During this meeting we will go over the main parts of your agreement and walk you through our invoicing and onboarding processes. You will have the chance to raise all your questions here, and our team will be happy to assist you in everything.

2) Then we will request relevant patent data from your previous provider, to start migrating your patents to your platform. Once the data has been received and uploaded to our system, we will  schedule a final meeting to introduce your personalized platform, including its functions and how you can get the most out of it.

The transition takes approximately 1 month (depending on your availability and the response time of your previous provider), after which you will be fully onboarded and ready to use your platform.
