What patent data do you need from me?

In general we only need the patent or the application number to extract all the public information about the specific patent case.

However, to ensure and ease the migration of your portfolio to our system we recommend providing us with the following:

  1. Client reference number
  2. Patent application number
  3. Patent publication number
  4. Agency reference codes
  5. Annuity year if present
  6. Annuity due date
  7. Grant status [granted / not granted]
  8. Contact and invoice details (Customers cost centers etc.)
  9. Power of attorneys (if applicable)
  10. In some jurisdictions, we require additional information. We will request the specific information by email.
