In general we only need the patent or the application number to extract all the public information about a specific patent case.
However, to ensure and ease the migration of your portfolio to our system we recommend providing us with the following:
- Client reference number
- Patent application number
- Patent publication number
- Agency reference codes
- Annuity year if present
- Annuity due date
- Grant status [granted / not granted]
- Contact and invoice details (Customers cost centers etc.)
- Power of attorneys (if applicable)
- In some jurisdictions, we require additional information. We will request the specific information by email or in side our system dependent of your user settings.
