Changing or resetting your password

Find out how to change or reset your password on your platform
  1. Go to the Login page of the platform on https://app.patentrenewal.com/login
  2. Click ‘Forgot password?’
  3. Enter your email address in the field
  4. Click ‘Get Reset password Token’
  5. Open your email and open the ‘PASSWORD RESET REQUEST’ email from PatentRenewal.com
  6. Click ‘Reset Password’ in the email that you just opened
  7. A new window will automatically open where you can create a new password. Enter the new password and click ‘Reset Password’
  8. Your password has been reset.
