How do I change or reset my password?

Find out how you can easily manage your passwords in our IP management software. You can change or reset your password with a single click.
  1. Go to the Login page of the platform
  2. Click ‘Forgot password?’
  3. Enter your email address in the field
  4. Click ‘Get Reset password Token’
  5. Open your email and open the ‘PASSWORD RESET REQUEST’ email from
  6. Click ‘Reset Password’ in the email that you just opened
  7. A new window will automatically open where you can create a new password. Enter the new password and click ‘Reset Password’
  8. Your password has been reset.
