What if my patent is still not granted?

Read about what happens if your IP renewal is still in a pending status. Once it is granted, you or your patent attorney can change its status.

You will be able to add patents to your platform which have not been granted, and once they are granted, you or your patent attorney will be able to change the status to granted.

Be aware that some of the patent offices do not allow patent annuities to be paid before your patent is granted.

If that is the case, then we can add your patent to the platform, however, we cannot pay the annuities until it's granted.
