Managing notifications

ind out how to manage your platform notifications
  1. Click on 'Settings' in the menu bar on the left.
  2. Click on 'Advanced Settings'.
  3. Click on 'Email Notifications'.
  4. Choose between the listed options under 'Update Email Settings'.

There are two types of email notification settings you can choose from:

Standard (Default)

All of the "Critical Only" notifications plus email reminders about when we renew your patents.

Critical Only

All of the "Critical Only" notifications plus email reminders about when to update your portfolio, if a patent is close to or has gone into surcharge, and when a payment has been received.
