Adam Fox

Adam Fox is a business leader and certified coach with extensive experience in intellectual property services, translation, and psychology. He is currently the CEO of Insperanto, a London-based company providing global patent translation and foreign filing support, and also serves as a Board Member at FundingIP, a UK nonprofit offering zero-equity grants to help innovators protect their intellectual property.

Previously, Adam was CEO of Morningside’s European Division in Germany (2009–2017), where he founded and managed the office, drove international growth, and established it as one of the company’s top revenue generators. He also co-founded ReciPartner (2012–2017) and worked as European Manager at Henry Stewart Talks (2006–2009). Earlier in his career, he was an Accredited Counselor with Lifeline Australia and a Business-Psychology Consultant at Insperanto LTD in Melbourne.

Adam’s academic background includes a Bachelor’s and Honors Degree in Applied Psychology and Social Sciences from RMIT University, where he published a widely cited cross-cultural study on forgiveness. He is also trained in crisis counseling through LifeLine Australia and holds certifications as both a Certified Life Coach and Certified Executive Coach (CCA, ICF accredited).

His career reflects a blend of leadership, entrepreneurship, counseling, and IP expertise, with a strong focus on helping businesses and innovators grow while safeguarding their ideas.
